What's the minimum order for catering?
We usually cater from 30 pieces upwards – that's one Party Tray. For clubs, pubs or larger gatherings, most customers start with 50 or 100 pieces and add more trays as needed.
How much notice do you need?
We're a small family kitchen, so we appreciate at least 72 hours' notice for catering orders. If your event is sooner than that, still get in touch – if we can fit you in, we will.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver around Marden and nearby Kent villages (for example: Staplehurst, Horsmonden, Paddock Wood and surrounding areas). If you're slightly further out, send us your postcode and we'll let you know what's possible.
Do you deliver the trays hot and ready to serve?
Yes. All catering trays are cooked fresh and delivered hot, ready to go straight onto your buffet table or bar. If you'd prefer to reheat yourself, we can also supply chilled trays with reheating instructions.
Can we choose the mix of snacks?
Absolutely. You can mix and match between: Rissóis de Carne (beef), Rissóis de Camarão (prawn), Rissóis Vegetarianos, Croquetes de Carne, and Pastéis de Bacalhau. Tell us what you like and we'll help you build the right mix for your crowd.
Do you cater for vegetarians and dietary needs?
Yes – we have a vegetarian rissol option and we clearly label all allergens. All trays are prepared in the same kitchen, so we can't guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, but we're happy to talk through any specific requirements.
How is pricing worked out?
Pricing depends on the tray size, your chosen mix of snacks, and delivery location. We offer volume discounts for multiple trays and recurring orders for pubs and clubs. Contact us with your event details and we'll provide a custom quote tailored to your needs.
How do we book?
Just use the "Request Catering" button or the contact form with: date and time of your event, venue / postcode, rough number of guests, and which tray sizes you're interested in. We'll reply with availability, a suggested mix of snacks, and a quote.
